Developer notes
- The source README describes this as the
First-Last-Frameworkflow. - It uses INT8, Sol-Attn, Spectrum acceleration, Motion Context, Lightx2v LoRA, Turbo LoRA support, and latent upscaling.
- The pack says the FLF workflow is the one that uses Motion Context.
Our notes
- Strongest new MiniMax import for controlled transitions and scene morphing.
- On a
3070, this looks tight to heavy, but the INT8 path is the only reason it feels worth trying locally. - Good candidate to compare directly against LTX first-frame or multi-reference workflows.
